About the Lead TrainerCharmaine is the Chief Digital Marketing Officer at Sky Digital Agency and Chief Learning Officer at The Good Designers.

She specializes in identifying the gaps that will help small businesses increase their social media and digital marketing Return on Investment (ROI), generating more leads for their sales pipelines.

She is an experienced digital marketing trainer with WSQ ACTA Certification and also trains at:

• Institute for Adult Learning (IAL), since 2019, she is also an Associate Adult Educator (AAE) at IAL (2019-2025)

• Expert Speaker at Squared Online (program co-developed with Google) @Avado

• Associate digital marketing trainer with Singapore Business Federation (SBF)

• Adjunct digital marketing trainer at Aventis Learning Group (since 2020)

• Conducts digital marketing training and mentors startups at Ngee Ann Polytechnic (Sandbox), Temasek Polytechnic (LaunchPad), and SUTD (Nov 2020 - Jan 2021, Oct - Dec 2021, June - July 2022) and NUS MSVC Programs (Dec 2021 - May 2022)

Till date, she has trained more than 2,500 individuals and conducted more than 2,000 hours of training for marketers and business owners in the last 2-3 years alone.
